A £50.00 deposit per room is required to secure your booking (for larger bookings we may require the first night to be paid in full). All deposits are none refundable and non transferable. Should you need to cancel your reservation please ensure you email the hotel 24 hours prior to your arrival to ensure you are not charged in full for the booking. To confirm your booking has been cancelled you will receive an email from the hotel with a cancellation number.

In the very unlikely event that we should need to cancel your reservation we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible. The hotel is not liable for any cancellation costs provided that 72 hours notice was given. If you have booked an internet special this will be refunded.
